Job Description:
Vodafone Qatar is currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Online Support Officer to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess key personality traits such as being hardworking and adaptable. Strong communication and creativity skills are essential soft skills for this role.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and suggest solutions - Assist in developing and implementing new strategies to enhance the online support experience for customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience in customer service or online support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve independently - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
