Job Description:
Mall of Qatar is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Support Officer to join our team in Doha. As an Online Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers through various online channels. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the retail industry.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat, email, and social media platforms - Monitor online customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues or concerns promptly - Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers - Utilize strategic planning to improve processes and streamline online support operations
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required - Knowledge of online retail platforms is preferred
