Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Support Officer at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, energetic, and possess strong people management and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels such as chat, email, and social media - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and billing questions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Prior customer service experience is a plus - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
