Online Support Officer

Job Description:

The Online Support Officer at Hamad Medical Corporation will be responsible for providing online support to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders through various digital platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in a timely manner. 2. Provide information and assistance regarding medical services, appointments, and general inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online platforms and escalate as necessary. 4. Support the development and implementation of online support strategies to enhance user experience. 5. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operation of online support systems. 6. Maintain accurate records of online interactions and ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed. 7. Continuously monitor and evaluate online support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7.
