Job Description - Online Support Representative

Job Description: The Online Support Representative at Al Jazeera Media Network will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to users accessing Al Jazeera's online platforms. This role will require strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be energetic, adaptable, and possess emotional intelligence and planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Al Jazeera's online platforms - Provide guidance and support to users navigating the website and mobile app - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Energetic and adaptable personality - Emotional intelligence and planning skills
