Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and efficient online support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a professional and friendly manner. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. 4. Utilize knowledge base and resources to quickly and accurately respond to customer inquiries. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of support documentation.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2. Proven experience in providing online support in a technical environment. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to negotiate with customers to reach a mutual resolution. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
