Job Description:
Katara Hospitality, a leading global hotel owner, developer, and operator based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team. The Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to guests and customers who interact with our online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems related to online bookings, account management, and website navigation. 3. Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 4. Maintain knowledge of company promotions, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any concerns or issues raised by guests. 6. Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and bookings. 7. Provide support for online events and virtual conferences hosted by the company.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles. 2. Resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is preferred. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
