Online Web Chat Assistant

Barwa Group is seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Assistant. As a part-time position located in Doha, Qatar, this entry-level role does not require any previous experience but does require a strong work ethic and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to online customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues they may have. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable individual with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively interact with customers. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools. 5. Must be eligible for visa sponsorship in Qatar.
