Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Qatar Biobank is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online web chat platform for customer inquiries and feedback. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely responses and resolution of customer issues. 4. Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management. 5. Train and mentor junior staff members in best practices for online chat communication. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve the online chat experience. 7. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate online chat into overall communication and branding strategies.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in online chat management. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Driven and confident personality traits. 5. Demonstrated strategic planning and teamwork skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
