Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Web Chat Officer to join our team at Qatar Aluminum Limited in Doha. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required – we are looking for individuals who are confident, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors through online web chat to provide information and assistance - Answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Offer product recommendations and promotions to generate sales leads - Analyze customer interactions to improve communication strategies

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills to drive sales and customer engagement - Analytical mindset to evaluate customer needs and behaviors
