Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Doha. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues they may have - Utilize negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations and ensure customer satisfaction - Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with customers and co-workers - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and overall efficiency - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive light at all times

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Energetic personality with a positive attitude - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence
