Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description: Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a hardworking and reliable Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Doha. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about the company's products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues - Collaborate with other team members to meet customer needs and achieve company goals - Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team-oriented environment - Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and computer applications - Excellent project management and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be hardworking, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
