Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Snoonu is seeking a motivated and independent Online Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online web chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues they may have through online web chat. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments. 4. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Utilize effective communication skills to provide personalized and efficient service to customers. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback. 9. Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Motivated and driven to exceed customer expectations. 7. Experience in people management is preferred. 8. Visa sponsorship and Medical coverage provided. 9. Must strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all endeavors.
