Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description: Estithmar Holding is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Doha. This part-time entry-level position will require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Online Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Promote products and services to potential customers - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
