Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Specialist at Qatar Science & Technology Park, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through online chat platforms. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users through our website and online services. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities to upsell products or services, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive overall online experience for our users.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat platforms. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to users experiencing difficulties with our website or online services. 3. Guide customers through our online ordering process, product features, and any other relevant information. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell products, services, or promotions to customers during online chats. 5. Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Keep accurate records of all online interactions and maintain a high level of customer service standards. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience across all platforms. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online sales. 3. Resourceful and reliable with the ability to think critically and negotiate effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM systems. 6. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 8. Must be able to work part-time hours with flexible availability.
