Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

As a Remote Support Assistant at Qatar Airways, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our remote workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity. You will be responsible for ensuring that our remote employees have access to the tools and resources they need to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues - Install and configure software applications - Monitor and maintain remote access systems - Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues - Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of technical issues - Assist with training employees on how to use remote technology tools

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 3+ years of experience in a technical support role - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Motivated and dedicated to providing high-quality support to remote employees - Adaptability to changing technology environments - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
