Support Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Support Assistant to join our team at Qatar Airways Cargo in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing support to various departments within the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates - Coordinate meetings and appointments for team members - Handle incoming calls and emails and redirect them as necessary - Help with the organization of company events and functions - Support the team with any other tasks as needed

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent persuasion skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Soft skills: - Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome obstacles and find solutions - Persuasion skills to influence and communicate effectively with others
