Support Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Museums is seeking a part-time Support Assistant to join our team in Doha. The Support Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within Qatar Museums. This individual will assist with day-to-day operations, project management, and coordination of tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within Qatar Museums - Assist with project management tasks, including coordinating schedules, meetings, and deadlines - Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence as needed - Maintain organized files and records - Assist with research and data collection tasks - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required - Support team members with other tasks as needed - Uphold the high standards of quality in all aspects of work, products, and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and independent individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong cooperation and project management skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
