Support Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a part-time Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This entry-level position will require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an energetic and dedicated individual with strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills to provide support to our team.

Responsibilities: - Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Provide support to team members in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Maintain and update company databases and records - Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including answering calls and responding to emails - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the company - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and cooperation skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
