Support Associate

Job Description:

BeIN Sports is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Support Associate to join our team in Doha. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the sports industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer issues - Assist in managing projects related to customer support and service improvement - Utilize persuasion skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a passion for sports is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Resourceful and able to think on your feet - Persuasive and able to influence others positively - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
