Remote Support Associate

Job Description: Qatar Steel Company is seeking a Remote Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Associate will be responsible for providing remote assistance to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and efficient remote support to customers via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions. 5. Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures.

Requirements: - No prior experience required. - Passionate about providing excellent customer service. - Confident in communicating with customers and colleagues. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. - Ability to deliver clear and concise presentations.
