Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team at Mall of Qatar in Doha. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers and clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to the mall. This position is at the Associate level and requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and information about the mall’s facilities and services - Respond to customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide excellent customer service - Assist with events and promotions within the mall - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors - Stay informed about current promotions, events, and activities within the mall - Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Independent and reliable with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team - Strong cooperation skills to effectively work with customers, clients, and colleagues - Critical thinking skills to quickly and effectively solve problems and address issues - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required
