Support Associate

Job Description:

As a Support Associate at Qatar Sports Investments, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. 2. Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending out reminders. 3. Support team members with project coordination, including tracking progress and deadlines. 4. Assist with research and analysis to support decision-making processes. 5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner. 6. Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and provide innovative solutions to challenges. 7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Prior experience in a similar role is not required but a willingness to learn is essential.
