Support Associate - Work from home

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a reliable and energetic Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work from home in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer problems and ensure a positive experience. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction and response times. 8. Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. 4. Proficient in using technology and software tools for communication and data entry. 5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
