Support Associate - Work from home

Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking a Support Associate to join our team in a part-time work from home role. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and clients, resolving queries and issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support for products and services - Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues - Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our system - Collaborating with other team members to provide comprehensive support - Conducting research to address customer inquiries effectively - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Participating in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Resourceful and driven personality - Strong attention to detail - Excellent research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient computer skills - Strong communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent
