Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a Support Associate to join our team at Qatar Petroleum. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments - Providing feedback to the product development team to improve customer experience - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent
