Job Description - Support Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Support Manager to join our team at MEEZA in Doha, Qatar. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and assistance.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the support team, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth operations. 5. Handle escalations and complex customer issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in a customer support or management role. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy. 6. Proven track record of leading and developing successful support teams. 7. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
