Job Description - Support Manager

Hamad Medical Corporation is currently seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Develop and implement support strategies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor team performance and productivity, providing feedback and coaching to improve efficiency. 4. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures related to customer support. 6. Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and collaboration. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management position. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resilient and hardworking attitude. 5. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
