Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team at Qatar Foundation in Doha. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day support operations within the organization. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all support services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of support staff to provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders - Develop and implement support processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving support issues in a timely manner - Monitor support performance metrics and establish KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for integration and optimization of support services - Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of support staff - Handle escalated support issues and provide guidance and support to team members as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a support management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to motivate and inspire team members - Adaptability to changing priorities and environments - Excellent cooperation and planning skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices in support management
