Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Support Manager to join our team at Meddy in Doha, Qatar. The Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This individual will play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and leading initiatives to improve our support processes.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure top-notch customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and efficiency. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 4. Monitor support metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and implement solutions. 6. Train and onboard new support team members. 7. Create and maintain documentation for support procedures and best practices. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support. 9. Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Proven experience managing a support team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong project management skills with attention to detail. 6. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 9. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
