Job Description - Remote Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Support Manager to join our team at Qatar National Cement Company. As the Remote Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote support technicians and ensuring efficient and effective support for our customers. This role is part-time, located in Doha, Qatar, and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in IT support or a related field.


Responsibilities:


- Manage and lead a team of remote support technicians to provide technical assistance to customers. - Develop and implement support processes and procedures to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. - Track and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues. - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices in remote support.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in managing a remote support team. - Excellent project management skills. - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
