Job Description:
The Remote Support Manager at Qatar Foundation will be responsible for overseeing the remote technical support team, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of IT issues for employees working remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in IT support, with proven leadership skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of remote support technicians, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback - Monitor and prioritize incoming support requests to ensure timely resolution - Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in remote support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent time management and adaptability skills
