Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Support Manager to join our team at Vodafone Qatar in Doha. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support staff to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will work closely with different departments to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall support experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and mentor a team of support staff to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. 3. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of support processes. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner. 5. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that the support team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. 6. Implement best practices for people management and foster a positive work environment. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve support services. 8. Analyze data to identify patterns and trends that can be used to enhance support processes. 9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 7 years of experience in a customer support or service management role. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent people management skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills. 7. Reliable and able to lead by example. 8. Passion for customer service and continuous improvement. 9. Experience working in a telecommunications or technology industry is a plus.
