Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


Msheireb Properties is seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support team, ensuring high-quality customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures. 2. Manage and lead the support team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 3. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate support efforts and implement best practices. 5. Provide training and mentorship to support staff to enhance their skills and capabilities. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support or customer service management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus. 8. Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility as needed.
