Job Description:
Meddy, a leading healthcare platform based in Doha, QA, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and mentor a team of support agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolution. 6. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure support agents are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes and services.
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive results. - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. - Personality traits: dedicated, resilient - Soft skills: research, teamwork
