Job Description:
United Development Company is seeking a confident and driven Support Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support efficiency. This role requires strong planning and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the support team, providing guidance and assistance as needed. 2. Develop and implement support policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations. 3. Monitor support ticket queues and allocate resources effectively to meet service level agreements. 4. Analyze support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a support management role. 3. Strong planning and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Confidence and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7. Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.
