Job Description:
As a Support Manager at Qatar Aluminum Limited, you will be responsible for managing a team of support representatives who provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. This role will be performed remotely from within Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing a team.
Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided - Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the support team - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in a customer support role, with proven experience in a leadership position - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
