Job Description:
Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is currently seeking a talented Support Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work from home and make a significant impact in a cutting-edge telecommunications company. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the support team. - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate and improve team performance. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes. - Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on team performance and customer feedback. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Proven track record of successfully managing a support team. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Confident and independent personality traits. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to work effectively in a remote, work-from-home environment.
