Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Shaqab is seeking a Support Manager to work from home on a part-time basis in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be passionate and independent, with strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to a team of remote workers - Manage schedules and deadlines - Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Provide feedback and coaching to team members - Implement and maintain policies and procedures - Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Oversee training and development programs - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8 years of experience in a support management role - Strong communication and time management skills - Proven track record of leading and developing a team - Ability to work independently and under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with remote work or working from home is a plus
