Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Qatar Biobank is seeking a motivated and hardworking Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the support team, ensuring timely and effective support to our customers. This position requires a mid-to-senior level candidate with at least 6 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the support team to provide excellent customer service and technical support - Develop and implement support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely manner - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to support team members - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively - Proven track record of managing a support team and achieving KPIs - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing platforms
