Support Officer

As a Support Officer at Qatar Science & Technology Park, you will play a crucial role in assisting various departments within the organization. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to all departments within the organization. 2. Assist with coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls. 4. Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems. 5. Assist with data entry and document preparation. 6. Collaborate with team members on special projects as needed. 7. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within specified deadlines.

Requirements: 1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Passionate and confident personality traits. 5. Demonstrated proficiency in persuasion and project management. 6. Prior experience in a support role is preferred.
