Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

Starlink Qatar is seeking a Remote Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Doha. This part-time position is perfect for an individual with 2 years of experience, who is independent and resourceful. As a Remote Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients remotely, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to clients using various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues reported by clients - Resolve technical problems by guiding clients through the necessary steps or performing remote maintenance - Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance - Document technical support interactions and resolutions accurately - Provide feedback to the management team regarding common technical issues and potential improvements to the support process - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance support services

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently - Resourceful problem-solving skills - Ability to persuade and present technical solutions effectively - Excellent communication skills in English - Knowledge of remote support tools and software - Basic understanding of networking and IT systems - Availability to work part-time hours
