Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

Al Shaqab is seeking a part-time Remote Support Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Remote Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our remote teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with remote teams and clients to address any issues or concerns. 2. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for remote team members. 3. Assist in organizing and coordinating remote meetings and events. 4. Maintain efficient and organized communication channels. 5. Keep track of remote team performance and provide feedback to management. 6. Develop and implement strategies to improve remote team efficiency and productivity. 7. Assist in creating training materials and resources for remote team members. 8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless remote operations. 9. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. 10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a remote team environment. 3. Strong organizational and planning skills. 4. Independent and resilient personality traits. 5. High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate various work dynamics. 6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and remote communication tools. 8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
