Job Description:
Katara Hospitality, a leading hospitality company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we welcome candidates with 1 year of experience who are passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to grow with us.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team by handling phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. 2. Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements. 3. Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activities to support decision-making. 4. Help in problem-solving by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency. 5. Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data security. 7. Support in creating presentations, reports, and documents as needed.
Requirements: 1. Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to learn and grow. 2. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 3.
