Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

MEEZA is seeking a dedicated Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers and clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and resilience, as well as strong communication and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 2. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. 6. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role. 2. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
