Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Sidra Medicine is seeking a dedicated Remote Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Representative will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and confident, along with soft skills in innovation and negotiation.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to clients and customers through phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. 3. Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a remote support role. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote support tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. 7. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 8. Soft skills in innovation and negotiation.
