Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Electricity & Water Company is looking for a Remote Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Support Representative will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our customers remotely. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and reliability.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to customers remotely via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with electricity and water services. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance. 4. Ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills. 5. Knowledge of electricity and water services is a plus. 6. Adaptability and reliability. 7. Soft skills in negotiation and adaptability.
