Job Description:
Meddy is seeking a driven and reliable Support Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Support Representative at Meddy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues regarding our platform, services, and products. 3. Provide product information and guidance to customers to enhance their user experience. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the management team.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. 5. Strategic planning and persuasion skills. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 7. Fluent in English and Arabic.
