Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Representative to join our team at Qatar Biobank in Doha. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, passionate about healthcare research, and looking to gain experience in a dynamic environment. The Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our participants, researchers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner - Assist participants with any questions or concerns regarding their involvement in the biobank - Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events as needed - Maintain accurate records of interactions and data in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the organization - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation - Attend training sessions to stay up to date on new procedures and protocols - Uphold the values and mission of Qatar Biobank in all interactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required - No prior experience necessary, but a passion for customer service and healthcare research is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment - Must be eligible to work in Qatar and available to work part-time hours
