Silatech is seeking a part-time Remote Support Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and adaptable, with excellent critical thinking and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software and hardware products. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex support cases. 4. Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system. 5. Provide training and support to customers on new products and features. 6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. 7. Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling support requests.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools. 6. Knowledge of software and hardware products. 7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
